OUR EXPERIENCE
Our menu not only results from all the years of experience that our chef Nicola has but also from collaborating with the mind and hands of the restaurant’s young brigade, always encouraged to research, invent, propose and try new dishes.
Our wine cellar is not far behind: Pierluigi dedicated years to meticulously research and select the most and least popular winemakers. In 2009 the Espresso Guide awarded us the “Cantina dell’Anno” (“Cellar of the Year”) prize and since then, with the help of the awarded best sommelier of the Triveneto, Matteo Bressan, we have been committed to maintain such level of quality and refinement.
